Note:

Cancellation & Refund Policy: NO REFUNDS or exchange of dates are given for secured reservations. A reserved shelter must be left clean and litter free; all trash must be placed in the dumpster/ trash cans provided. Guests are advised to bring additional trash bags if needed. No glitter or confetti of any kind in the facility! If you fail to clean-up; future reservations will be denied.
ALCOHOL IS PROHIBITED IN THE PARK
DO NOT staple, nail, paste or otherwise affix decorations or items to the shelter and picnic tables.
Have a copy of your approved reservation form with you the day of your event, as it is your proof of reservation. All reservations are emailed.

You can pick up a key to the eclectic box with a $20 key deposit 24 hours prior to your event at the Ravenna Athletic Center front desk, 530 N Freedom Street. Ravenna (double doors in back of building).
DUE TO CONSTRUCTION WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ELECTRIC WILL BE AVAILABLE THE SUMMER OF 2025.

Friday 5:00am-7:00pm
Saturday-Sunday 7:00am-1:00pm
