Cancellation & Refund Policy: There are NO refunds or exchange for secured reservation dates.
There is an ADDITIONIAL $200 cash security deposit required at the time of arranged key pick up. The lodge must be left clean and litter free; all trash must be placed in the dumpster or the provided trash cans. Guests are advised to bring additional trash bags if needed. If you fail to clean-up future reservations will be denied AND your security deposit will be withheld.
ALCOHOL is PROHIBITED IN THE PARK
DEPOSITS WILL BE FORFEITED IF ANY tape, staple, nail, paste or otherwise affix decorations or items to the the structure (walls, doors, ceilings or tables) are used. No glitter or confetti of any kind in the facility!
Have a copy of your approved reservation form with you the day of your event, as it is your proof of reservation. All reservations are emailed. Rental time is from 10am- 8pm
No admission fees may be charged without written consent from the City of Ravenna Park and Recreation Director or the Mayor of Ravenna.
You can pick up your key with the $200 deposit 24 hours prior to your event at The RAC, 530 N Freedom Street. 5AM- 1PM
